Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial. No credit card is required to sign up. You get full access to all features in your chosen tier so you can evaluate everything before committing.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features and we prorate the charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my SMS limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly SMS allocation. Additional SMS messages beyond your plan limit are billed at $0.03 each. You can also upgrade your plan for a higher SMS allowance.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, we offer annual billing with a 15% discount. Contact our sales team or switch to annual billing directly from your account settings page.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, implementation fees, or hidden charges. You only pay the monthly (or annual) subscription price listed above. Our onboarding team helps you get started at no extra cost.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. SeedTurf is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
